Once again the Radio Club was active as GB0GDS for the JOTA weekend, making numerous radio contacts with Scout Radio Stations all over the World. Our station made 360 radio contacts in 54 countries. They had plenty of Scout contacts within the UK, some making contact several times to ensure everyone had a chance to talk to another Scout.
We also took part in Jamboree on the Internet (JOTI ) where we gave visitors the opportunity to interact with the virtual the Jamboree Camp Site and play Minecraft on the Scout server as well as a locally developed Augmented Reality activity for the younger visitors.
